Plastic Super Intalox Saddle


The shape of the Intalox Saddle Ring is a combination of the ring and the saddle, which benefits the advantages of the two. This structure helps liquid distribution and enlarges the quantities of gas holes. The Intalox Saddle Ring has less resistance, bigger flux and higher efficiency than the Pall Ring. It is one of the most widely used packing with good hardness. It has low pressure, big flux and high efficiency of mass transfer, and it is easy to manipulate.

Plastic tower packing can be made from heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant plastics, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), polyvinyiidene fluoride (PVDF) and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The temperature in media ranges from 60 Degree C to 280 Degree C.
